If you are running late please let us know as we may need to rearrange your appointment.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment this will be classed a No-Show and 100% of this treatment cost will be required. We will need this before any future appointments can take place.

If you do not turn up for your appointment you will be charged 100% of you treatment cost.
